Dinomy Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Dinomy app, published by Yughan Raj V Sangar (“we”, “us”). By using Dinomy you agree to them. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Who can use Dinomy
A grown-up (18+) holds the account and is responsible for it. Children use Dinomy under that grown-up’s supervision. Each family may have up to two grown-ups sharing one plan.
Plans, credits and payment
- Creating stories, songs, lessons and characters requires a subscription: Dinomy Standard or Dinomy Max, billed monthly or yearly through your Apple ID.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store → Subscriptions.
- A free introductory trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled.
- Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits. Creations cost the credits shown on their button before you confirm. Extra credit packs can be bought in the app. Credits are not money, have no cash value, are not refundable by us, and expire when the subscription ends.
- Fair-use limits apply to each family per day so the service stays fast for everyone.
- Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
Your content
You own the stories, songs and characters your family makes. We keep them so your library works across your devices. You give us permission to generate, store and play them back for your family. Do not use Dinomy to make content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual, or that targets a real person. We check text and pictures with an automated safety filter and may refuse a creation; no credits are charged for a refused creation.
AI-generated content
Creations are generated by AI. They can be imperfect or surprising. Review anything you are unsure about before your child sees it; the review step in the app exists for that reason.
Your responsibilities
Keep your sign-in secure. Supervise your child’s use. Do not attempt to bypass the parental gate, fair-use limits, or purchase flows.
Our service
We may change, pause or stop features, and we may update prices for future periods with notice through the App Store. We try to keep Dinomy available but do not promise uninterrupted service.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Dinomy is provided “as is” and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
